Order

-        Luna Marketing, Inc. must receive full payment for items ordered before any goods are dispatched.

-       Once payment is received, we will mail the order to you, via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail.

-           If there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will let you choose to wait for the item to be re-printed (2-3 weeks), or we will refund your purchase. Sometimes items are discontinued, or limited and won’t be re-printed. We will do our best to communicate that ahead of purchase time.

-      Occasionally, discount codes are available. Some have certain deadlines and are only valid during that particular promotional period. Other codes are 1-time-only usage. Sorry, your buddy can’t use the code we gave you as a “thank you”!

 

Payment

-           All payments are accepted securely via PayPal. Sometimes “e-checks” through PayPal take a few days to process. Orders will NOT ship until payment has cleared. 

 

Returns

-      PLEASE CONTACT US if you have any questions about sizing before purchasing. It will save all of us a lot of time and money. J

-          All returns must be marked 'goods for return' Failure to do this may result in import duties and taxes being charged and these will be the responsibility of the returnee.

-           Luna Marketing, Inc. will accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of order.

-      The customer has 7 days to email intention to return purchases and 14 days to have the goods returned. If goods are returned, they must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with any tags still attached. If it looks, feels, and SMELLS like it is brand new, off our shelves, it will be processed as a return or exchange. We do not sell merchandise off the shelves that has evidence of pets, smoke, dirt, or bear wrestling souvenirs. We will not accept returns that we feel another customer would not want to purchase at full price. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

-           The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.

-           Due to the hand working of the products some inconsistencies may occur and are considered part of the design.

-      Items that are damaged from either excessive wear and tear or poor laundering techniques are not accepted.
